Case Study – Regency Senior Center

OVERVIEW:
In the wake of the spreading coronavirus, a senior assisted living and memory care facility in Florida had sought out a high-level disinfection of six of their buildings, with their individual locations ranging from Pensacola to Coconut Creek. After learning about the efficacy of SteraMist against the coronavirus, they sought out a member of the TOMI Service Network (TSNTM) in their local area: Regency DRT. With SteraMist having proven efficacy against coronavirus with EPA’s List N and successful applications around the globe.

MEETING THE NEED:
Through the speed and efficacy of ionized Hydrogen Peroxide (iHPTM), Regency DRT mobilized a team of trained SteraMist professionals throughout their local offices to treat the facilities. While attempting to respect the schedules of the residents residing within, the team thoroughly treated the surfaces and areas within each of the facilities before validating the results to ensure proper efficacy.

THE RESULT:
To glowing praise from the senior care center, Regency managed to complete high touch disinfection of each one of the six facilities in only two days, well below their given deadline.
