Case Study – Scheld Helicopter
OVERVIEW:
In an impressive display of the flexibility of SteraMist disinfection technology, Scheld Aviation Service brought the power of Binary Ionization Technology (BITTM) to their client, HeliSeven. They were asked to disinfect a luxury helicopter transport to help the craft remain properly treated for next use.
MEETING THE NEED:
With a client specializing in helicopter transportation, scheduled flights were still queued to continue, giving Scheld a 20-hour deadline to complete the job before the next flight.
THE RESULT:
In only 45 minutes, two SteraMist technicians were able to successfully utilize the technology and completely disinfect
the aircraft using only 200ml of solution. Not long after the initial treatment, the results were validated and the helicopter was airborne well before the initially given deadline.
