A residential complex within Jersey City, New Jersey was faced with a widespread mold presence in multiple apartment units. In dire need of fast, reliable remediation and mitigation, the apartment complex looked to local TOMI Service Network (TSN™) member AV8R Solutions for SteraMist disinfection.

**Damage Observed:** Visible mold on floor, settled mold spores, airborne spores in multiple units

###### ****RESULTS:****

After inspecting designated apartments within the complex, affected areas were noted and disinfection began immediately. SteraMist Environment Systems were deployed for both remote whole area treatment and manual surface disinfection. Within the strict deadline,
AV8R was able to successfully treat the afflicted areas.
